If you could make a vintage anywhere, where would you go?
Auntsfield Estate – Marlborough – New Zealand.
Your proudest moment?
It would have to be moments – the arrival of my three children – Milly , Nick and Emma.
What would your last meal be?
Terrine de foie mi–cuite. Filet Steak Béarnaise sauce. Stilton –washed down with Château de Beaucastel 1989.
What is your desert island wine?
A magnum of Gosset Rosé Champagne.
What would be your fantasy other job?
Landscape gardener.

Life is too short to not get fully stuck in – which I have.
