- Auntsfield Estate – Marlborough – New Zealand.

- It would have to be moments – the arrival of my three children – Milly , Nick and Emma.
- What would your last meal be?
- Terrine de foie mi–cuite. Filet Steak Béarnaise sauce. Stilton –washed down with Château de Beaucastel 1989.
- What is your desert island wine?
- A magnum of Gosset Rosé Champagne.
- What would be your fantasy other job?
- Landscape gardener.

- Life is too short to not get fully stuck in – which I have.
