If you could make a vintage anywhere, where would you go?
South Africa.
Your proudest moment?
Obtaining photos of my late Father’s grave in the British Military Graves Singapore, and this is also my birthplace.
What would you last meal be?
L’Escargots, Fillet of Beef, Souffle, Cheese board.
What is your desert island wine?
Meursault ler Cru from the 1990’s, or Grand Cru Riesling from Alsace.
What would be your fantasy other job?
Racehorse trainer.

Oval – of course !
