- I have a new one every day with my son Freddie.

- Not exactly a cohesive meal but just my favourites - a slab of foie gras followed by a fabulous curry at The Painted Heron in London and finishing with my mother’s chocolate bread and butter pudding (who cares about fitting into your jeans if this is your last meal…)
- What is your desert island wine?
- An older vintage of Château d’Yquem – I have a very sweet tooth!
- What would be your fantasy other job?
- Managing a game farm in Tanzania.
